Which currency will I be charged in?
Since we are a U.S.A. based company, we process all orders in USD. If you are located in another country, during checkout your order will automatically be converted at the current exchange rate.
Where can I get updates on my order?
We put together a handy shipping guide here and you can track your order here. Please note customers are responsible for any customs and tax charges for their order.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Standard shipping time is 7 to 10 business days from the date that your item is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that the order was placed. Depending on demand and your location, delivery time will vary.
What is my tracking number?
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. Orders are fulfilled in 24 to 48 hours.
What is your amendments and cancellations policy?
If you need to makes changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped. You can view our full refund policy here.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, sometimes items arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please reach out with your order number, and a picture of the damaged item.
