Shipping & Delivery
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame advertised, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect address information.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours (with the exception of weekends and holidays) to process your order.
Standard shipping time is 7 to 10 business days from the date that your item is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that the order was placed. Depending on your location, delivery time will vary.
Majority of all orders arrive within the advertised time frame, but in very rare occasions, please allow up to 14 business days.
If your package is non-deliverable due to insufficient address please contact us immediately at support@petgatekeeper.com with your Order Number. You will be responsible for the secondary shipment charge due to customer address error.
If you refuse any shipments or request a refund due to insufficient address, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
